Welcome to my yoga journey!!!

As many of you know I recently became a certified and registered yoga teacher (RY-200) and I LOVE it!!!
I started the program to get certified on facilitating SEL workshops for my classes and the school where I work, but I fell in love with the Breath For Change Yoga Program. It has truly changed my life and my approach to yoga. ​​I started practicing yoga years ago, but I was never consistent and saw it mostly as a workout rather than a lifestyle.
