Welcome to my yoga journey!!!

As many of you know I recently became a certified and registered yoga teacher (RY-200) and I LOVE it!!!
I started the program to get certified on facilitating SEL workshops for my classes and the school where I work, but I fell in love with the Breath For Change Yoga Program. It has truly changed my life and my approach to yoga. ​​I started practicing yoga years ago, but I was never consistent and saw it mostly as a workout rather than a lifestyle. If this is you... don't worry, I think we have all been there.

In the western world yoga is definitely sold as a workout or a cool zen practice, and that is so expensive an unattainable unless you have all the money to invest in a studio, props, the perfect yoga mat or outfit, etc. Sadly, this is everything that yoga is NOT!  So, if you want to join me in my journey to a more yogi life, stay with me... read my blog / thoughts, explore resources I share and voices I amplify or join me for practice.

I hope we can all grow from this. My goal starting this page is to help you and me (accountability is important) to stay consistent and grow a community of support that learns together.
